In September 2014, Jim Wilson Chevrolet had been through a hailstorm and suffered damage to our inventory. We contacted our insurance companies, Ally and Aviva, to begin the claim process. After being approached by multiple vendors we had to make a decision on who was going to appraise and manage the repair process with our claim. After meeting Warren and the Dent Tech team we contacted several references that made it an easy decision too proceed with them. Warren walked us through past claims he had handled and as the preferred vendor, assured us that Jim Wilson would be able to conduct business as usual. Warren worked closely with Ally and Aviva assessing the damages to 162 vehicles. With great communication lines from Dent Tech, we were able to continue day to day as if nothing happened. Dent Tech managed to repair 162 cars in less then 30 days. The workmanship and professionalism were second to none.
